Return Policy — The Belgrave Club
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Please note: all returns must be sent to the official Brazilian return address provided below.
We will send full instructions and return details via email after your request is approved.
If your return is accepted, we will provide:
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
- Return authorization
- Confirmation email
Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

You are responsible for ensuring your return is shipped to the correct address.
We are not responsible for lost or misdirected return shipments.
We currently do not use EU, US or Asia return centers.
All returns worldwide must be shipped to our Brazilian address above.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to mail your return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is:
- Return the item you currently have
- After the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item
Occasionally, we may offer free size exchanges, depending on stock and availability.
If your item doesn't fit, email us so we can help.
Color, variant, or product exchanges require a standard return + new order.
Order Cancelation
Orders cannot be canceled because our fulfillment process is automated.
Shipping labels and processing begin shortly after your order is placed.
If the order is already in transit, you must wait for it to arrive and then request a return.
However, we may modify address details, size or variant if you contact us immediately after ordering.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception.
If your item is:
- defective
- damaged
- incorrect
Contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
When in doubt, contact us before sending a return.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without explanation — as long as:
- The item is unused
- In original packaging
- With tags
- With proof of purchase
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been:
